CUSTOMER PRE-ORDER AGREEMENT
Please note that all pre-order items are custom-made to-order items unless specified otherwise.
All sales are final – please ensure you have ordered the correct item, sizing, & customisation if applicable.
A replacement will only be provided if the item received is confirmed defective.
Orders will be available for collection approximately eight weeks from the store closure date, provided to Tribal Sport by the designated uniform convenor. If the pre-order date is extended, it is the Club/School/Organisation’s responsibility to inform customers of potential delays due to the extension.
School Leaver’s order’s custom names list will be provided to the school for approval before production to ensure they follow school and brand guidelines.
UPPERCASE is used to print all customised names. When no name is provided, Tribal Sport will produce garments without customisation. Correct spelling of names is the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure you have ordered the correct size. Tribal Sport cannot alter sizing after checkout is confirmed. You will need to cancel your order & place a new order if you wish to make amendments. Once the pre-order period has ended, or the store has closed, Tribal Sport can make no further changes.
Although Tribal Sport is the manufacturer and host of the website, we do not decide on pre-order dates, extensions of these dates, changes of items or item cancellations or removal. The scenarios mentioned above are all decided upon consultation with Club/School/Organisation. Please direct all queries regarding your order to your club/school/organisation.
For team wear stores where stock is held by the host club/organisation, it is the host’s responsibility to coordinate the pick-up or shipment of goods. Any delays in shipping or concerns should be discussed with the host club/organisation.
